COURSE OVERVIEW

Data Centre Operations & Maintenance

Running a facility day to day: procedures, maintenance programmes, incident and change management, and documentation.

Overview

Most incidents are caused by how a facility is operated rather than how it was designed. This course covers the operational disciplines that colocation providers and hyperscale cloud operators rely on: structured procedures, maintenance programmes, change control, incident response and continual improvement. Topics are aligned with the management and operations part of EN 50600 and ISO/IEC 22237.
